Book Review & Editing Services
One
of Dawn’s joys is to help authors and aspiring authors achieve their writing
goals. Two ways she helps is by offering editing services and book reviews.
Book Reviews* (United States only)
Dawn
offers book reviews free of charge for children’s picture books, children’s fiction
(no fantasy or science fiction), children’s nonfiction and some adult Christian
fiction (no fantasy or science fiction), Christian nonfiction, and Christian
devotionals. She will supply the author with one written review and will
publish favorable reviews only on Amazon, Christian Children’s Authors blog,
and her personal blog. Both digital and hard copies of books are acceptable.
Hard copies will be donated to local libraries of her choice.
Book reviews are free but author will pay all postage fees when sending a hard copy. Please use the contact form to the left for your book review requests.
Editing Services* (United States only)
She
offers three levels of editing services for children’s picture books,
children’s fiction (no fantasy or science fiction), children’s nonfiction,
adult Christian fiction (no fantasy or science fiction), Christian nonfiction,
and devotionals:

Developmental
edit: story flow, development and reaction
·
Substantive
edit: line-by-line editing, grammar, content, story flow
·
Copy
edit: style, punctuation, and grammar
Editing fees are based upon the type of editing
service requested and the length of the manuscript.
